Members of the College of Geologists of Córdoba, San Luis, and Catamarca are eligible for the advertised discounted rates. You must enter your membership number when registering to verify your membership; if you do not have a number, it will be verified with the respective College.

Student Ticket:
Students must provide proof of enrollment to access the discounted rate. To do so, they must present a current undergraduate certificate of enrollment from the University. Please note that postgraduate and post-degree programs do not qualify for full-time student status; therefore, the standard registration fee applies.

Do you need help?

Is there a corporate rate?
No. We only have different rates depending on the registration date (super early bird, early bird and regular).
What payment methods are available?
We accept bank transfers, purchase orders, and national and international credit/debit cards.
Does the congress pass grant access to the workshops or field trips?
No. Workshops and field trips require registration and additional payment.
What are the cancellation policies?
Applications must be submitted in writing up to 20 business days before the start of the congress, by sending an email to inscripciones@argentinarocks.com.ar
Cancellations have a 30% administrative charge.
If the cancellation is made within 20 business days prior to the event, there will be no refund.
If you cannot attend, you can send a substitute by notifying us in writing up to 48 hours before the start of the congress.
Independence of Events Clause
Participation, registration or sponsorship in Argentina Rocks 2026 does not grant automatic or preferential right to participate in other events organized by Latin Rocks, such as Wines & Mines 2026, Latin Rocks 2026 (Chile and Australia).
